The Crawford is the result of a third adaptive-reuse partnership between RES Development and JCorp. JCorp worked closely with the owner to design a sensitive addition to an existing school building with many unique unit types to appeal to the end buyer. On the construction side, JCorp thoughtfully maintained key aspects of the existing building, modernized it, and added valuable space to provide an example of careful adaptive reuse and growth to give new life to a historically significant and cherished building.
