The Sukup Basketball Complex is a product of a unique collaboration between Jensen Development and Iowa State University. This integrated project delivery system allowed JCorp to implement a fast-paced solution that provided ISU’s basketball program a state-of-the-art facility faster and more cost-effectively than first imagined. This dedicated practice facility is home to both men’s and women’s basketball programs providing offices, conference rooms, lounge areas, locker rooms, theater, strength training, physical therapy, and courts. This addition to Iowa State’s athletic facilities gives the basketball programs a new competitive advantage both on and off the court.
