Stadium View Suites is a five-building development in Ames, IA, comprised of 200 residential units. JCorp worked with Insite Development to create a new building type from what they have developed in the past, with a modern aesthetic. Being adjacent to a floodplain, site layout had to be considered carefully with buildings placed outside the floodplain and parking provided within it, efficiently utilizing the available ground.
