Signature Village is a two-phase, five-building development project consisting of 320 residential units in Ankeny, IA. The client wanted a historic-styled building that would last, so the brick and cast stone cladding were natural choices for the exterior of the building. Sequencing the construction activities is a challenge on multiple building construction projects, especially with such a large bricklaying phase. Still, all three initial buildings were completed on schedule and resulted in the need for 2 more.
