Ag Leader quickly outgrew their production facility and sought to expand to a 99,000 square foot addition that nearly tripled the production floor and office. This addition provided much-needed new warehouse space and tripled the R&D area. It expanded office space and conference rooms above the new production floor. The existing building was repurposed for larger shipping and receiving space, and we remodeled existing offices to correspond with the new office of the addition. After the production facility expansion was complete, Ag Leader desired a central location to train clients on their products. JCorp developed the Ag Leader Training Center to provide a specialized facility with multiple software classrooms and an equipment showroom under one roof next door to the corporate headquarters.
